Instructions for Authors

All papers should be submitted through the ITE manuscript submission site, at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ite.

We are revising ITE's submission guidelines to reflect the journal's new format. Until the new guidelines are ready, please refer to the author instructions on the journal's old web site. The INFORMS Author Portal also provides useful information for authors preparing manuscripts for INFORMS journals.

NIH Public Access Policy

The author is responsible for complying with the NIH Public Access Policy. INFORMS follows Method C of NIH's submission methods guidelines (http://publicaccess.nih.gov/submit_process.htm) and has no obligation to notify an NIH-funded author about the requirement.
