12th INFORMS Applied Probability Society Conference - POSTPONED

**Applied Probability Society 2003 Conference Postponed**
In view of the SARS situation, the Organizing Committee of the 12th Applied Probability Society Conference (Beijing, June 25-27) in consultation with the APS Council has decided to postpone the Conference until the early summer (May/June) of 2004. All accepted abstracts will be honored. All paid pre-registration fees will be fully refunded. Other details will be announced in the near future.
