The Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC) invites the submission of papers and of participation for The Third International Conference on Digital Information and Communication Technology and its Applications (DICTAP2013) hosted jointly with the Stamford International University Cha-am Phetchaburi Thailand.
