The Eighth INFORMS Telecommunications Conference will be held March 30 - April 2, 2006 at the Melrose Hotel, Dallas, Texas. Following the tradition and success of previous conferences, the focus will be on the application of operations research techniques in a broad sense to telecommunication problems. New this year are the choice of location, as well as a Thursday-Sunday format.
