Sections, Societies, Fora, and Geographic Chapters can have a presence at the New Member Orientation Session by reserving a table at no charge to meet and greet attendees interested in your community.
- 1 or 2 officers should plan to be at the table to answer questions.
- Meet new members and introduce them to your subdivision.
- Catalyze your membership drive efforts.
- Promote your sponsored sessions and business meeting.
- Recruit new members and volunteers.
- INFORMS will supply community membership applications.
- Communities may supply their own promotional materials.

INFORMS Colloquia & CIST -Conference on Information Systems & Technology
Registration takes place in the Westin, Saturday, November 12, 7am-12pm in the Grand Ballroom Promenade, Level 2 (Colloquia registration on Friday is also in this location).
Vendor Workshops, DM-HI Workshop, DSS Workshop
Registration takes place in the Convention Center, Saturday, November 12, 7am-1pm in Concourse C. The Vendor Workshops are free. A separate fee is required for the DM-HI and DSS workshops unless you have pre-registered for these.
If you chose to not receive a hard-copy printed program in Charlotte, you can print out sections of interest before you travel. You can also use the ITINERARY tool in the Program Search. Details can be found here and select "Print PDFs of the Program." All registrants will receive a "Quick Reference" summary brochure in Charlotte. This includes the master track schedule, maps and floor plans, speaker information, listings of special events and community business meetings, and abbreviated information about the major social events.

If you haven't registered yet, do it now and avoid lines at on-site registration. Online registration is open through Thursday, November 10 at 11:59pm EST; after that, you must register onsite. Go here to register now. Please note if you have a balance due when you arrive, be sure to stand in one of the "On-site" registration lines.
