GA Tech's Bill Cook Presents 115,475-Variable TSP Challenge

Up for a contest? Making use of the great data collected by the U.S. Geological Survey, Georgia Tech's Bill Cook proposes a 115,475-city traveling salesman problem challenge through (nearly) all cities, towns, and villages in the contiguous 48 states.
