In the military, the talent and aptitude of individual soldiers can lead to good planning, superior intelligence, better war gaming, frontline excellence, and lives spared. Poor soldiering can lead to defeat and death. So shouldn't there be metrics put to every soldier? That's what U.S. Army Major Rob Dees argues.
