Accommodation
The 2011 Applied Probability Society Conference will be held on the KTH main campus at Valhallavägen 79 in Stockholm. We have blocked rooms for conference attendees in several hotels close to the campus and in the city center. You will receive a booking code with your registration confirmation that gives you discount rates at the hotels listed below.
Note that the KTH campus is just three stops by underground (about 6 min) from the city center (T-centralen), see Conference location/Travel for directions.
Rooms will go quickly and may sell out before the cut-off date of June 1, 2011. Make your reservations soon.
Hotels where a discount is available
At the following hotels rooms have been reserved for the conference. You can use the booking code in your registration confirmation to book at discount rates. You have to make your reservation by June 1, 2011, to get the group discount. You have to make your reservation by phone or email. The booking code will not work with the hotel's online booking system.
Important information: The upside using the booking code is that it gives you a group discount. The downside is that the cancellation policy for groups is more strict. In case of late cancellations you may have to pay for the entire stay. If there is a significant risk that you will have to cancel your hotel reservation, you can select book without the group discount.
