Please read these Bylaws and consider well how they should be changed, if they should be changed. We will accept and publish Bylaw change proposals in the September newsletter for voting during the Business Meeting.
For example, one potential change to the Bylaws is to allow proxy voting for those members who are unable to attend the Business Meeting.
Preliminary Round: March 31st, 2012 - 3 staggered start times available, one each for Asia, Europe, and North/South America. File retrieval and submission via ftp/DropBox.
Playoffs and Finals: Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the 2012 Analytics Conference, most likely between 2-4 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
