Under the banner of INFORMS, we seek to include all who have an interest in using spreadsheets in Operations Research and Management Science; both to increase our own productivity, and to participate in academic research in how spreadsheets could be made more productive. As such, we are open to all practicioners, whether inside or outside the INFORMS community, and actively seek to reach out to consulting and industrial communities of practice.

Another area of interest to us is the incorporation of probability management into spreadsheets, both through the DIST standard promulgated via Sam Savage and others at probabilitymanagement.org, and through the various add-in solvers such as Crystal Ball, Risk Solver Plus, etc. (Happy to add others here - please send an email with links and/or names).
