TSL Workshop Registration Form
All attendees, including session and cluster chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee.
- Register early and save time! At the meeting, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials.
- Name badges are required for all workshop functions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing, received no later than June 10 for a refund less a $50 processing fee. After June 10, 2011 no refunds will be issued.
