BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER

The Business Process Manager works within the Revenue Management department managing cross-functional team with primary objective to improve business processes within the Revenue Management by identifying the gaps and changes required. The role is responsible for designing, planning and implementing new operational workflows and organizational alignments to support QR growth initiatives. The Business Process Manager will ensure change management is in place to improve business processes.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
-Education to degree level in logistics or business administration.

-5 years of experience in Revenue Management

-Knowledge of O&D Revenue Management system

-Good knowledge of the airline core processes such as setting the fare and estimating the demand changes

-Advanced analytics and development capabilities

-Proven ability to implement enterprise solutions in a way that delivers bottom-line business value

-Systems design understanding; business process and industry expertise

-Previous experience working with diverse functional and business units and large matrix project teams
