Q1:   How can I get access to INFORMS online journals after the free trial?  
    Complete access to INFORMS online journals is available to everyone at your Institution who has access through the IP address(es) registered with INFORMS. After the trial period, an INFORMS customer service representative will contact you. To expedite this process, please go to the Subscriber Services page to download the Institutional Rate Sheet and submit your subscription order. You can also contact IPOLcentral@informs.org to request a proforma invoice.
     
Q2:   Why can I not access the current issue(s) posted online?  
    Does it seem as if our home page and the current issues never change? INFORMS publishes new issues on the same schedule as the print edition. If you are aware that a new issue of the journal has been published but don't see that issue appearing online, you may be experiencing a caching problem. Please read "Is the journal getting stale?" for more information and solutions.
     
Q3:   Why don't my articles print very well?  
    Internet browsers are fairly capable image viewers but not very capable image printers. However, INFORMS has available high-quality PDF versions of articles. See Help with Printing for more details.
     
Q4:   Where is the first issue of my journal? Why isn't my journal available yet?  
    Please check the INFORMS journal shipping schedule, as not all issues are on the same publishing schedule. A journal's first issue of the year might not publish until February or March. Contact Customer Service for the current shipping schedule.
     
Q5:   How do I view or change our subscription information?  
    You need to go into the HighWire® administrator section of the website to change your information: Change Your Account Information. To update the information, change the desired fields and send the update. Following your request, you will receive an email confirmation. Modifying your email address will also change the recipient address of any email-alerts owned by your account.
     
Q6:   What if I forget our Customer Number?  
    You need to contact INFORMS Customer Service by phone, or send an email to IPOLcentral@informs.org. For phone and mailing information, go to the Contact INFORMS page.
     
Q7:   How do I change the Administrator User Name and/or Password?  
    You need to go into the HighWire® administrator section of the website to change your information: Change Your User Name or Password. To update the information, change the desired fields and send the update. Following your request, you will receive an email confirmation.
     
Q8:   What if I forget the Administrator User Name and/or Password?  
    You can use the following page to reset your password, but you will need to know either your Customer Number or User Name: Reset my Password. Go to this page, fill in one of the two fields and click the "send request" button. Your current user name and a new password will be emailed to the address INFORMS currently has on file.
     
Q9:   Would our Institution still get access to online content if we had to cancel our journal subscription?  
    No, you would no longer receive access to the online journal content. However, INFORMS offers continuing access to our online subscriptions back to 1998 by payment of an online access fee of $100 per journal per year. Access would be for only the years that your Institution paid for subscriptions to the respective journal(s) and for those years that the access fee was paid. The cancellation access fee must be paid by 1 March or the option expires. Other restrictions do apply, contact INFORMS for full details
     
Q10:   Does INFORMS offer any subscription discounts or special pricing allowances?  
    INFORMS all-inclusive Pubs Suite subscription package includes all 13 INFORMS journals at a heavily discounted price. This package essentially offers all journals, online-only or print + online, for the same price an Institution would pay for 9 individual journal subscriptions. Periodically during the year INFORMS may offer discounts on subscription upgrades or for incremental print subscriptions.
