INFORMS News: Workshop on Data Mining and Health Informatics

The Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Health Applications sections of INFORMS will sponsor a workshop on Oct. 13 in conjunction with the 2012 INFORMS Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz. The theme of the workshop centers on health informatics. The conference organizing committee invites presentation abstract submissions, not exceeding 200 words, for review. Authors of accepted abstracts will be expected to give a presentation at the workshop and submit a short paper, not exceeding six pages, for the Workshop Proceedings, to be published on a CD. The workshop fee is $120 for regular registration and $50 for students.
