Where do I find my section/society's bylaws?
Bylaws should be on each section & society website. - Leadership Structure-Subdivision representation within INFORMS (Council and Committees)
- Listservs-A member benefit--communicate with your section/society as a group.
- Create and Manage your community website-Web support, content management instructions, about INFORMS On Line (IOL)

Schedule of financial statements provided by the INFORMS office:
Year end, unaudited statment: March 1st
Year end, audited statement: April 15
1st quarter statement: May 31st
2nd quarter financial statement: July 31st
3rd quarter financial statement: October 30th
