Web Support
In order to attract membership INFORMS Online would like to encourage each Subdivision (Society, Chapter, Section or Forum) to set up its own web page. We would be happy to set up space for you on the INFORMS server. We also encourage you to use the Content Management System (please see the links below) as an easy way to maintain and control content on your web site if you locate it on the INFORMS server.
Please note that each and every INFORMS subdivision already has its own "standardized" web address. If you opt to set up your page on your own server, INFORMS will ensure that the standard page on the IOL site redirects automatically to your own server. INFORMS can also set up mailing lists for you. Please send an email to subdivision.services@informs.org if you have any questions or need help.

INFORMS Content Management
FAQ
Q. Will the design of the site be dictated by INFORMS, or will we be expected to create our own web design?
A. We will supply you with an EZ Publish template that you can work with. Because we want the main INFORMS site and all the sub sites that are in EZ to look similar, the design is somewhat set but you do have the freedom to move certain things around and make sure it looks pleasing to your eye.
Q. What will the new site look like?

Q. Will the navigation and general structure be dictated by INFORMS?
A. The design and general structure are set, however the left-hand navigational items will be created by you.
Q. Will the site be expected to display some content/pages in a specified manner (e.g., all society's must have a "Contact us" page that lists appropriate information in a specific layout)?
A. When you receive your template, it will be populated with a handful of left navigation items that are recommended, however you have the freedom to add to these or delete them as needed.
Q. Is there any content that we absolutely must (not) have?
A. No, you have the freedom to include the content you wish.
