Ram Gopal

Ram D. Gopal is the GE Capital Endowed Professor of Business in the School of Business, University of Connecticut. He serves as the Ph.D. director for the department of Operations and Information Management. His current research interests are in the areas of economics of intellectual property rights, data management and security, and online market design and performance evaluation. His research has appeared in Information Systems Research, Management Science, Operations Research, Journal of Business, Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, and other journals and conference proceedings. He serves is on the editorial board of Journal of Database Management and Information Systems Frontiers.
