Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via ScholarOne Manuscripts. There are detailed instructions in the submission system, and they should be used in conjunction with these submission guidelines. Authors should contact the managing editor, Kathleen Luckey, if they have any questions or encounter any problems in the system. Authors without Internet access should contact the managing editor to make alternate submission arrangements.
