Abstract
Spreadsheets have become a popular tool for teaching business students about waiting line systems. Modeling queuing systems with multiple servers, however, is somewhat difficult and ordinarily accomplished by using macros or by having multiple templates, each template with a different number of servers. Here, it is shown how native Excel array functions can be used to create a spreadsheet model with the number of servers being an adjustable parameter.
