Personnel
The chapter’s management hierarchy includes a faculty advisor, a president, a president-elect, three vice-presidents, a secretary, a web-site manager, and a treasurer. The description of each position is summarized as follows:
Advisor: The duty of the faculty advisor is to supervise all activities organized by the chapter, and guide the officers to perform their duties. Dr. Tieming Liu from the School of Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) is the faculty advisor of the OSU-INFORMS student chapter.

President: The duty of the president is to plan the activities during the semester and lead the officers to carry out them. He or she is the representative of the chapter to contact with other organizations. Currently Yingjue Zhou (PhD student) is holding this position.
President–Elect: The role of the president-elect is to serve as understudy of the president, preparing to hold to president duty at the next semester. He or she works closely with other offices to perform the detailed tasks, such as book the conference room, prepare and clean for a seminar, etc. Currently Foad Mahdavi Pajouh (PhD student) is holding this position.
Vice-President: The duty of the vice-president is to administer the cultural and social activities. Based on the variety of the student members in the chapter, we structure the hierarchy with three vice-presidents. Each VP representing one of the three main groups: IEM graduate, IEM undergraduate, and Business School. This structure helps the chapter in satisfying the demands of the various members more effectively. Currently Dung Mai (Master student) is serving as the VP-Graduate. Gokce Alakus (Undergraduate student) is serving as the VP-Undergraduate. Efosa Osayimwen (Master student) is serving as the VP-Business School.
Secretary: The duty of Secretary is to take the minutes of the meetings, publish posters online and offline, and keep documentation. The secretary shall maintain contact with the INFORMS National Office and shall file an annual report describing the Chapter's activities and financial state. Currently Kunal Karandikar (Master student) is holding this position.
Web Site Manager: The duty of the Website Manager is to keep the INFORMS OSU Student chapter website up-to-date. He or she shall maintain student officer's contact information, student member listings, and activity information on the website. He or she may be responsible for redesigning the website if necessary. Currently Mathew Lee (Master student) is holding this position.
Treasurer: The duty of the Treasurer is to be responsible for all the financial matters, including financial records and an annual financial statement to be included with the annual report. The treasurer shall keep accounts, deposit the organization's funds, and make expenditures in a fiscally sound manner. Currently Juan Ma (PhD student) is holding this position.
