DAS Student Paper Award Application Process

Submitted papers may be co-authored, but the first author must be a current student or recent graduate. For the purposes of this award, recent graduates are defined as former students who completed their degree on or after May 1 of the calendar year prior to the competition. For example, to be eligible for the 2012 award the first author must have completed their degree on or after May 1, 2011. Authors are encouraged to submit their own work.

The call for nominations will be made via the society list-serve, DAS newsletter, DAS web-site, and at national meetings. The deadline for submissions is June 1, 2012. The award is typically presented at the INFORMS annual meeting.

For specific information, please view the Society's awards page.
