RAIL Problem Solving Competition Application Process
Teams of three members or fewer may enter. They will submit original solutions to the applied problem set forth in the competition guidelines. Judging criteria are:
(1) solution quality;
(2) quality of the written report in which the team presents its solution;
(3) novelty and elegance of the team's formulation and of their solution approach.
Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded.
