Goal: Organizations

Organizations will identify Operations Research and Analytics as core components of success and institutionalize Operations Research and Analytics input as part of their decision-making processes.

Objectives:

  1. Increase availability of materials on the value and use of OR and Analytics
  2. Increase the number of senior leaders that can articulate the value of OR and Analytics to their organizations
  3. Increase the amount of materials (templates, case studies, etc.) that have successfully integrated OR and Analytics into organizational culture and infrastructure
  4. Increase organizations’ consciousness of how and why they make decisions and how OR and Analytics can help
  5. Increase awareness of the importance of soft skills and the capabilities that exist within the OR and Analytics community
