INFORMS News: Robinson wins Undergraduate O.R. Prize

Matthew Robinson of the United States Military Academy won the 2011 INFORMS Undergraduate Operations Research Prize. Committee Chair David Czerwinski presented the award at the INFORMS Annual Meeting in Charlotte, N.C.

The competition is held each year to honor a student of group of students who conducted a significant applied project or important theoretical or applied research in operations research or management science while enrolled as an undergraduate student. The prize includes $500 and travel support to attend the INFORMS Annual Meeting.
