INFORMS has long played a crucial role in bridging academia and industry, and as AI and data science continue to evolve, the value of this collaboration is more significant than ever. My work at BNSF and Otis has reinforced the importance of collaboration, where mathematical models and cutting-edge AI converge to solve real-world challenges. As VP of Practice, I will:- Continue to strengthen partnerships between academia and industry to drive research that directly addresses practical challenges.
