The Latin-Ibero-American Conference on Operations Research (CLAIO) takes place biannually since 1982 in different Latin American cities and is sponsored by the Latin-Ibero-American Association for Operations Research (ALIO). The first CLAIO took place in Rio de Janeiro, in 1982.
