Mission
The U.S. Federal Research Engagement Committee purpose is to strengthen communication and engagement between INFORMS and major U.S. federal research funding agencies - including but no limited to the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Energy (DOE), and other mission-relevant agencies - on matters that impact the fields of operations research, analytics, data science, and related disciplines.
